Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Assembly Technician to oversee the assembly process in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the assembly team, ensuring that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly team to ensure production goals are met
- Train new employees on assembly processes and procedures
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to machinery operation
