Summary

Tinman Supplies is a growing ductwork manufacturer and distributor with a thriving online sales platform. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

· Answering incoming calls and assisting customers

· Inputting sales and purchase invoices

· Running payroll using Sage Payroll

· Raising purchase orders and quotations

· Supporting the sales team with general tasks

· Booking out parcels and pallets for dispatch

· Providing full-time cover during staff holidays (by prior arrangement)

What We’re Looking For

· Previous office administration experience (manufacturing/distribution background an advantage)

· Familiarity with Sage Payroll preferred

· Good organisational and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Flexibility to cover full-time hours during holiday periods
