Summary
Our client is seeking a reliable and meticulous Cleaner to join their team based in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically, as required
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of protective equipment when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organised cleaning supply closet.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is preferred.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to a schedule.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
Hours for this position are 5pm - 7pm Monday to Friday with flexibility for deep cleaning tasks.
