Summary
• Work with the head chef to create dishes that take seasonal ingredients and dietary limitations into account.
• Ensure that items are prepared and cooked to order and meet our high presentation and flavour standards.
• Keep track of food inventory and stock, ensuring that ingredients are appropriately stocked and stored.
• Maintain a clean and well-organised kitchen while following all health and safety laws.
• Work with the kitchen workers to ensure efficient and effective service. Assist other chefs when needed.
• Assist with the development of new recipes and dishes for our menu.
