Summary


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dedicated therapy team within the West Kent community hospitals. Based primarily at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital which delivers care across the NOF pathway, frailty, and a range of orthopaedic and medical conditions.

You may also provide cover at our Hawkhurst and Tenterden siteswhen required. Working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistants, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person centred rehabilitation to inpatients with diverse needs. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with local partners to enhance patient care, contribute to safe and timely discharges, and support continuous improvement initiatives, all within a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered with relevant post-graduate experience, able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, and confident in supporting junior colleagues and therapy assistants.

Good IT,written and verbal communication skills are important to liaise with a wide range of healthcare professions, the patients and their carers.

You will demonstrate clinical competence, flexibility and a proactive approach, with the ability to travelbetween sites in a timely manner. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK prior to applying.
