We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our official Instagram account, manage community interactions, and oversee content strategy. The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, content planning, and audience engagement, Client management. This role requires expertise in Social Pilot, Canva, and collaboration with market team for project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our Instagram, ensuring engagement and audience development.
• Oversee community management for us and our clients.
• Develop content calendars and strategies for clients.
• Handle post creation, scheduling (Social Pilot), and Canva designs when needed.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team for project coordination.
• Monitor analytics, create monthly reports, and refine strategies.
• Manage email communications and ensure smooth client servicing.
