Hiregiant are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join the team in Avonmouth, Bristol. You will be joining one of Bristol’s leading Freight companies, working in a friendly atmosphere with a helpful team.
We currently have 2 vacancies, working Monday to Friday either 03:00 to 11:00 or working 12:00 to 20:00. A typical day involves loading and unloading vehicles, this could by hand or using the Counterbalance Forklift truck, so you need to be prepared to do either. You will also be required to complete general warehouse duties, picking, packing while keeping the workspace tidy and safe.
Some heavy lifting can be involved, and you will also need a good understanding of health and safety.
This is a great opportunity for a permanent position working with an excellent company.
Hours and Pay
• Starting at £14 per hour, paid weekly every Friday.
• Working Monday to Friday, either 03:00 to 11:00 or 12:00 to 20:00.
• We have two vacancies, and you will be placed on the same working hours each week, start times do not rotate.
Requirements
• Previous Warehouse or FLT experience.
• A valid FLT licence is required, however an inhouse licence can be accepted.
• Able to complete heavy lifting when required.
• Positive attitude.
• Safety boots and high viz.
• An understanding of health and safety.
