Immediate Start
Service Installation Team Leader required immediately for our client in Walsall. They are looking for a very hands on team leader to join their team and support the business growth during this exciting time!
What You'll Be Doing:
* You'll lead a team of engineers who install and maintain a variety of different products across the Greater Midlands
* Your role will be a mix of leadership and fieldwork, including:
- Conducting installations, repairs, and surveys across residential and commercial sites
- Managing engineer performance reviews, training, and technical support
- Overseeing stock control, equipment suitability, and quality assurance
- Handling internal maintenance tasks and facilities support
- Attending monthly management meetings and liaising with internal admin teams
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:
* NVQ Level 3 qualified in Electrical Installations
* Certified to 18th Edition regulations
* Experienced in leading engineering or maintenance teams
* Skilled in electrical fault-finding and basic plumbing
* A confident communicator and supportive leader
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel (PowerPoint a bonus)
* Holds a full clean UK driving licence
* Enhanced DBS check required due to the nature of our client base.
