Summary
There will also be the opportunity to utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research. The post requires the ability to work alongside partner agencies such as the prison, forensic psychology, and probation services in order to provide residents with care and support while meeting the operational needs of working within a secure setting. The production of reports and communication with partner agencies will require the regular use of professional writing skills. The nature of our work may involve exposure to material and situations which may be emotionally challenging.
