Mechanical & Electrical Supervisors - c£325-350 a day, Guildford, Surrey - laboratory fit-out - immediate start - until end of 2026
As the lead supplier to most of the UK's biggest main contractors, we have been approached by a tier one, multi-national Contractor to help them in the search for Mechanical & Electrical Supervisors to work on a £55M M&E package on a laboratory project in Surrey.
The role:
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams
* Manage and put to work sub-contractors teams
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
