Summary

Site Based - Cardinal Court, 344 Moss Ln E, Manchester M14 4LZ

Hours of Work: 22.75 per week (Monday to friday, exact hours to be discussed during interviews)

Contract: Temporary, 12 month FTC

We are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaner to work at our Cardinal Court housing scheme. Reporting to our Scheme Coordinator our cleaners must provide a first-class professional cleaning service to our customers ensuring our schemes meet the needs of our customers to assist them in living happy independent lives.

Main duties will include cleaning and maintaining of;

Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture

Scheme entrance areas

Office spaces

Communal living areas

Laundry room

Toilets

Empty flats

Emptying of internal and external bins

In addition, assisting customer and visitors with general queries and supporting the Scheme Coordinator with social events as required.

What skills you need:

Experience of dealing with customers / embers of the public on a face to face basis  

Experience of providing a cleaning service

Knowledge of Health and Safety applicable to providing a cleaning service

Effective communication skills

Able to respond to emergency situations
