Summary

CAHSS / School of History, Classics and Archaeology
Part time: 10.5 hours per week
Fixed term: until 31st December 2029
The Opportunity:
To provide editorial assistance and administrative support to the editors of a world-leading History journal, Gender & History (G&H), and in liaison with the journal Collective, authors of submitted manuscripts and the publisher
This post is part-time (10.5 hours per week) and fixed term until the 31st December 2029 . We are open to considering requests for hybrid or remote working within the UK (on a non-contractual basis)
The full time salary for this post is £29,588 to £33,951 per annum, this will be pro rata for the part time role.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage workflows and, where necessary, identify and address problems
Ability to proofread scholarly writing consistently well and gain mastery of stylistic conventions
Attention to detail
