The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring customers find the right products to meet their needs. Duties include serving customers, managing stock, processing transactions, maintaining displays, and keeping the shop floor tidy. The ideal candidate will be approachable, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. A passion for delivering great service is essential.
