Machine Operator with FLT - Rotating Shifts

Are you an experienced machine operator with a valid FLT license? We're looking for a Machine Operator who can also support with Forklift Truck duties to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate winder machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Carry out quality checks and basic machine maintenance.
- Use FLT to move raw materials, finished goods, and support production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any faults or downtime.
- Work collaboratively with team members across rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in machine operating (winder experience preferred).
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
