Summary



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer focus.
  • Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, guiding managers through best practice and internal processes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Shared Service Assistants, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation within the HR function.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment processes, including right-to-work and pre-employment checks.
  • Experience managing a varied workload and supporting a team in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and continuous service improvement.

CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) and experience in theeducation sector are desirable.
