Summary
Housing & Customer Service Advisor - Wimbledon
£13.94 per hour | Full-time & part-time shifts available (rota incl. evenings & weekends)
Our client is looking for a Housing & Customer Service Advisor to join their busy centre in Wimbledon. In this role, you'll not only provide front-of-house support but also play an important part in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming residents, visitors, and contractors
- Assisting with move-ins, room allocations, and rental payments
- Responding to housing-related queries and signposting residents to support services
- Monitoring the safety and wellbeing of residents through regular checks
- Dealing with incidents, anti-social behaviour, and emergencies in line with procedures
- Managing reception duties including calls, bookings, post, and payments
What you'll need:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience in customer service, housing, or support services
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Confidence with IT systems and handling payments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
