About the role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional administrative support? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant to join our Principalship Team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE).

In this pivotal role, you will provide professional and confidential assistance to the Principalship Team, helping to ensure the smooth and effective running of day-to-day operations. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage complex diaries, prepare high-quality documents, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Principalship Team.
Manage and prioritise complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
Maintain accurate records, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support the coordination of key events, meetings, and projects within the organisation.
