Our client is looking for a Business and Customer Support Specialist to lead improvements in customer experience, information management, and service delivery. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, managing projects, driving change, and ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer experience initiatives and resolve escalated issues.
- Design and implement data and information management solutions.
- Monitor budgets and provide financial guidance.
- Coordinate and evaluate change projects.
- Use data insights to shape decisions and improvements.
- Lead teams and support colleagues to deliver positive outcomes.
About You
- Qualified to SCQF level 9 or with substantial equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy.
- Experienced in leading people and projects in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.
