What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils in KS2 with daily classwork and tasks
• Leading small-group interventions for reading and numeracy
• Encouraging confidence, independence and classroom engagement
• Helping with classroom prep and displays
• Working closely with SEN staff, class teachers and SLT
