Conduct initial new client care assessments, risk assessments, and regular care reviews.
Complete spot checks, observations, support and supervisions and audits to ensure outstanding care quality.
Support with staff recruitment, induction, and shadowing.
Provide coaching and day-to-day guidance for carers, fostering a culture of exceptional teamwork.
Maintain accurate care documentation in line with company policies and CQC requirements.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and families, handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
Step in to deliver care calls when necessary, including during periods of staff absence or high demand.
Uphold Beaumont Home Care’s values of dignity, compassion, and respect at all times.
Support the Registered Manager in achieving regulatory compliance and service excellence.

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Previous experience in domiciliary care, in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
