Summary
This post requires leading and managing a staff team working across children, young people and adults services who are affected by disability and complex support needs. You will also be required to supervise student and work placements. You will be expected to liaise with families and carers and attend partnership meetings. You will undertake care plans and ensure these are kept up to date. Undertake training and refresher training that is pertinent to your role. Take responsibility during Care Inspectorate inspections and have knowledge of Care Standards, Child Protection, Adult Protection and evaluation systems.
