• A staff team committed to inclusion, equity and mutual support.

• A Headteacher who believes in shared leadership, coaching, and care at the heart of improvement. You will:

• Lead and quality-assure teaching and learning across the school.

• Develop and embed a coaching culture that supports all staff to improve and thrive.

• Take strategic responsibility for phase leadership, including performance management.

• Lead English across the school, ensuring high standards of literacy, curriculum delivery and pupil outcomes.

• Be an active and values-led member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Headteacher on whole-school priorities.

In return, we offer:

• A school where values are lived, not laminated.

• A committed, reflective staff team and engaged, enthusiastic pupils.

• A genuine leadership partnership in a school rooted in community, care, and ambition.

While Key Stage 2 and SATs experience is desirable, we are seeking a leader with phase leadership experience, a coaching mindset, and a commitment to whole-school improvement; wherever your specialist experience lies.

Visits to the school are warmly encouraged; come and see CARE in action.
