Lunchtime Play Leader Salary – Grade E2 per annum pro rata
Hours – 5 hours 50 mins a week, term time only, 11:55am – 1:05pm
We are looking to appoint a compassionate, patient and approachable candidate who is willing to be creative and proactive in providing high-quality lunchtime experiences for our children. The successful candidate will be a reliable individual, committed to enhancing the health and safety of our students during their lunch break. If you have a passion for supporting children's wellbeing and facilitating their social interactions, we would love to hear from you!
What the school offers its staff
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the children to play games and have fun at lunchtime.
• Supervising children in the dining hall to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Undertaking basic first aid as required, ensuring children’s safety at all times.
• Encourage positive behaviour and when necessary, use the school’s behaviour strategies consistently
• Promote our school values
• Ensuring children return safely to their classrooms at the end of lunchtime.
This position requires you to work 5 days a week between 11:55am and 1:05pm, term time only.
