Summary

Lead and direct a team to produce our stills and motion shoots: including fashion, still life, and campaign content, on location and in studio, to ensure creative integrity and brand consistency.
Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing and Buying teams to translate business strategy across fashion and interiors into compelling visual content across all major platforms
Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team including producers, editors, stylists, photographers, videographers, asset managers and freelance partners
Foster a collaborative and high-performing studio culture, providing guidance, structure, and growth opportunities
Oversee all production workflows, schedules, critical paths, and resourcing plans across campaign and BAU work
Lead the development of production bibles, toolkits, and agile pre-to-post production planning for delivering seasonal content
Own and manage shoot budgets, vendor contracts, and freelancer negotiations, ensuring cost control and quality
Maintain and grow a network of trusted industry professionals (photographers, filmmakers, stylists, HMU artists, post-production partners)
Develop and implement best-in-class creative operations frameworks to ensure scalable, efficient delivery
Champion the use of tools (e.g., Asana, AI) and reporting dashboards to drive transparency and accountability
Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, E-commerce, Buying, and Digital teams to align content with seasonal and trading goals
Support intake, interrogation and prioritisation of briefs to ensure clarity and resource alignment against business requirements
Ensure content meets the highest standards of craft, brand tone, and platform relevance (web, app, social, email, in-store, print, DM, PR)
Stay informed of cultural, visual, and digital trends to guide teams and evolve production approaches

Skills & experience:

Extensive leadership experience in creative production and studio operations within a fashion, retail, or luxury brand
Strong track record managing integrated teams and delivering high-volume content across channels, with strong understanding of integrated shoots (stills, film and social as standard)
Proven ability to lead both the shoot production and operational aspects of production at scale (creating best in class process for pre-production planning, shoot production and robust post-production planning and trafficking)
Strong eye for visual storytelling and contemporary image-making techniques that scale
Proficient in project management, scheduling, and asset management platforms
Confident in budget management, vendor negotiations, bookings and commercial prioritisation
Exceptional communicator and team builder, with a calm and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Min 2 years experience in a photographic studio or related environment
Proficiency in photography equipment and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GoogleDocs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
