Summary
Plan and assist in creating engaging marketing content (animation production, video, photo, text)
Film and frame video content both in-office and on location
Capture photography for social media, branding, and promotional materials
Prepare and schedule posts across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, X etc.)
Video editing of all material to create a story.
Contribute ideas for content that helps attract and retain customers
Occasionally support with admin or office tasks
Travel with the team to assist with on-site filming or promotional shoots
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
Confident with video framing and professional photography techniques
Familiarity with social media trends and content formats (shorts, reels, etc.)
Working knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, YouTube Studio, or similar
Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
Able to work independently and follow creative direction
Must be based in or near London and able to work on-site full-time
May be required to work additional hours at busy times
Nice to Have:
Video editing Reference (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)

Ad campaign experience
UK driving licence and own car (for location shoots)
