Summary

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner looking to make a real difference in young children's lives? We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our warm and welcoming nursery team.

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–5. You will work closely with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

  
  

• Support children’s learning, development, and emotional well-being

  
  

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers

  
  

• Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies

  
  

• Keep accurate observations and records of children’s progress

  
  

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and passionate team

  
  ✅ Requirements:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

    
    

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

    
    

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

    
    

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    
    

  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach

    
    

  • Up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
