Summary

Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young children?


We are looking for a caring and proactive Level 2 Childcare Practitioner to join our welcoming early years team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their childcare career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in a supportive and well-resourced nursery environment.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the daily care and learning of children aged 0–5


  • Assisting with planning and delivering fun, engaging activities based on the EYFS


  • Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment


  • Building strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and the team


  • Contributing to observations and the learning journey of key children


  • Supporting hygiene routines, mealtimes, and outdoor play


    We're Looking For:

    • A Level 2 qualification in Childcare (or Early Years)


    • Previous experience in a nursery, preschool or early years setting (preferred)


    • A caring, responsible and hands-on approach


    • A willingness to learn, take direction and grow professionally


    • Understanding of safeguarding and basic knowledge of the EYFS
