Summary
Tiverton High School requires a skilled and confident Admin Office Administrator to join our fast-paced efficient Admin Team.
This is an interesting and varied role, based in the heart of the school. You will deal with staff, students and other professionals on a daily basis, so excellent communication skills are required.
We require someone who has excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as experience on school systems such as Class Charts and Bromcom, or other MIS. You will be confident using the phone and will be able to use reprographic tools such as photocopiers and laminating machines. You should have a friendly can-do manner, be well-organised with strong attention to detail, and be able to prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines.
