An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a lively primary school in Croydon. Long Term Futures, is working with a forward-thinking school that aims to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment. We are looking for a skilled professional who can make a significant difference to pupil progress and contribute to the whole school.
This is a key full-time role within a primary school rated "Good". As an HLTA, you will be vital in supporting classroom teaching, leading sessions, and providing cover to ensure lessons continue without disruption. This is a long-term position with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role, allowing you to become a valued member of the school community. You will be directly involved in maintaining the school's high standards and enriching the learning experience for pupils across different year groups.
