Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have a brand-new opportunity for a passionate individual who want to make an Impact in
the future of our apprenticeships' learners, to join our team as Pharmacy Development Coach.
The role is hybrid, a blend between working from home and travelling occasionally to visit learners for progress reviews and
additional tutoring within and around your given area.
The Role:
The Internal Quality Assurer is responsible for monitoring assessment judgements, the Development Coach’s knowledge and the
standard of processes and procedures, to ensure that learners can achieve their qualification; ensuring that assessment decisions
are correct and that the service provided is of high-quality.
The Internal Quality Assurer will support Development Coaches to deliver both standard and diploma-based qualifications to the
required standards for a range of Pharmacy qualifications, from level two to level three as well as functional skills up to level
two.
The Internal Quality Assurer will work with Development Coaches to ensure planning and delivery promotes inclusivity and
accessibility for blended learning environments and continuous improvements from quality assurance activities to improve
performance and outcomes for our learners.
The role will involve:
* Ensure robust Internal Quality Assurance and best practice processes are in place and followed consistently, in line with the
internal quality assurance strategy across all pharmacy qualifications and contracts.
* Work closely with Quality Managers to monitor the quality of delivery and report any changes in quality and compliance trends.
* Support the business, learners, and employers in achieving a timely and high success rate through continuous improvement
practices, working collaboratively with Operational Managers, feeding back on risk and quality assurance practices.
* Work with the wider business to monitor management information to identify learners at risk of not achieving in a timely manner
and ensure that appropriate and timely actions are implemented to support achievement.

About you:
* D32/33/A1/CAVA or equivalent
* IQA/V1 or equivalent
* At least a PTLLS/AiET or teaching qualification
* Be occupationally competent and technically knowledgeable in the area(s) for which they are delivering training and have
experience of providing training. This knowledge must be to at least the same level as the training being delivered.
* Have recent relevant experience in the specific area they will be Internally Quality Assuring
