About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care services. Working closely with both clients and carers, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, efficient rota planning, and full compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain individualised care plans
Ensure full compliance with CQC and internal policies
Plan and manage effective staff rotas
Provide support via the on-call rota
Cover care calls when required to ensure continuity of service
Conduct assessments, spot checks, and quality assurance visits
Supervise and support care staff in line with best practices
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health & Social Care
Minimum 3 years of experience in the care sector (domiciliary/homecare preferred)
Previous leadership or senior care experience
Sound knowledge of care planning, safeguarding, and compliance
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
Must drive and have access to your own vehicle
Mileage is paid for all travel during work duties
