We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Risk and Compliance Administrator to join our Risk and Compliance team.
Interviews will be held on 1st October 2025.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Risk and Compliance team in the delivery of an efficient, legally compliant, timely, accurate, consistent and proactive risk and compliance service throughout the business.
They will support in the delivery and maintenance of all certified in house management systems, assist with the maintenance of legal compliance with Converge's Environmental Permit and with the development of new certified business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
To maintain document control throughout the management systems and coordinate updates with the relevant personnel
To schedule and minute meetings, log and follow up all actions
To maintain environmental monitoring records
To provide responses to customer queries through the sales and tenders teams
To assist with the business continuity test programme and records
To assist with ensuring that all accidents, incidents and near miss reports are logged, escalated and responded to appropriately
To schedule internal audits, review internal audit records, update the relevant logs and documents and follow up actions,
To provide assistance with any other tasks that may be required to maintain external certifications or legal or regulatory compliance
Measures of Performance:
Timely issuing of meeting minutes and updating of action logs.
Internal audits being arranged in accordance with the schedule.
Business continuity plan tests being arranged in accordance with the schedule
Meetings being arranged in accordance with the relevant schedule
Documents and records being maintained and updated in accordance with the certified management systems
Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications:
Understanding of the fundamentals of data protection.
Good standard of written and spoken English .
Good standard of numeracy.
Good level of computer literacy
Desired Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Graduate IOSH or CMIOSH
ISO14001/IEMA certified
Essential Experience:
Ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads and time
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different teams
Desired Experience:
Experience of working with health and safety, quality and/or environmental management systems.

This is a full time position - 37 hours per week - Hybrid
