Job description:
Location: Llanfoist (NP7)
Hours: Sunday to Saturday shifts available, average of three shifts per week
Shift Times: 07:45am to 16:15pm
Payment: Weekly Pay
Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Recycling Operative to join our client's team based at their recycling plant in Llanfoist. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, ensuring customers have a positive experience while helping to maintain a sustainable and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers entering the recycling plant, greeting them and guiding them to the correct area to drop off their waste.
Answer any customer queries in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring they have all the information they need.
Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment for all.
Sort waste into the appropriate areas if misplaced, helping to ensure the plant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Be active and on your feet throughout the day, assisting with various tasks as required.
Work in all weather conditions, as you’ll be outdoors for the majority of the shift.
Full PPE will be provided on-site.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, on your feet throughout the shift.
Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail to ensure waste is correctly sorted and Health & Safety standards are met.
Flexible with shift patterns, as shifts are spread across the week (average of 3 shifts per week).
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
