Job description:
PS Limited are currently recruiting for a Production Line Supervisor on behalf of a long-standing client in the food manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for someone with proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the wash line to ensure smooth, efficient operation
Lead a team of production operatives on shift
Monitor workflow and resolve any production issues
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
Communicate clearly with General Managers and other departments
Ensure all Health & Safety and manufacturing compliance standards are met
Support and train team members to maintain productivity levels
Requirements:
Previous experience in food production is essential
Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive, flexible, and reliable work ethic
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing environments
