We are currently looking for a Data Administrator to support our Research team.

As a Data Administrator, you will perform regular data entry, collection, cleansing and validation for sportscotland key systems. You will be first line of response for all enquiries about our systems and survey platforms, and a range of other routine and ad hoc administration tasks.

You will support the administration of our online reporting system, My Sport. Managing user access, verifying submissions and supporting over 400 Active Schools users each academic term. You will also manage the My Sport inbox and support the My Sport submission deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is organised and highly IT-literate, as you will also support our Facilities Charges Survey, managing spreadsheets for all local authorities, track returns, and follow up on missing or unclear data.

To be successful in this role you should be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and have relevant previous experience.
