Summary
Your new company
A national New build housing contractor with an established development on the outskirts of York is looking for a competent Site Manager to complete the project over the next 3 months with the support of another manager on site.
Your new role
As Site Manager on this project as it comes to a close, you will be overseeing customer care, creating and completing snag lists as well as ensuring health and safety on site and working with subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong experience as a Site Manager, preferably from a housebuilding background. You will be available to start at short notice and hold valid, in date qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid and cscs.
What you'll get in return
You will get a role up until the end of the year to start immediately. The role pays a competitive hourly rate which will be paid weekly, and it comes with the promise of future work upon completion of a successful assignment.
