Summary
ROLE: Sales Controller
LOCATION: Thatcham
SALARY: 30k basic 50k OTE (uncapped) + Car + Amazing Benefits
HOURS: Monday – Saturday 8.30 – 6.00 (with a fixed day off). NO SUNDAYS!
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive for our client’s main dealer in Berkshire.
Our client, a Berkshire based dealer group that offer its staff benefits above the normal are currently require a Sales Controller to lead a team of Sales Executives.
As a Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive , you will:
Work alongside the sales team
Motivate and encourage the delivery of key objectives and targets.
Managing products upsells, finance and insurance
Closing deals
Gaining customer commitment at every opportunity
Requirements for our Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive vacancy:
Previous sales / management experience in the motor trade
Full UK DL
Ability to close deals and lead a team
