PAYROLLER

Leicester | £26,000 | Hybrid Working

YOUR ROLE:

Oversee and support one member of staff while managing full end-to-end payroll.


Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports and journals.


Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and organisational policies.


Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes.


Handle payroll queries, providing clear and supportive responses to employees.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll.


Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.


Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel.


Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage queries confidently.
