Summary
This post provides an opportunity to become the focal point for designing training courses delivered by RSME Group. Working as part of a small and highly efficient team, you will be responsible for designing new training material when required, in addition to periodically amending/updating existing training content. You will explore Technology Enhanced Learning as part of methods & media analysis, to identify where it can enhance or augment the learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management by working in liaison with internal and external stakeholders to manage assigned training design projects and produce training material, within agreed time frames, cost and performance criteria.
Evaluate Training Needs Analysis, Internal and External Validation Reports, and other training related documents which may influence training design projects.
Co-ordinate the development, production and management of policy compliant training documentation to present at Stakeholder review meetings for authorisation and endorsement.
Contribute to Post Project Evaluation, from a training perspective, when new equipment is introduced into service.
When required, contribute to First Party Audit activities as a Training Design Subject Matter Expert.
Please note: You must be prepared/willing to attend a week long residential course in Shrivenham to gain a qualification in the application of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
