Improver Vehicle Technician
Basic Salary up to £29,000!
Monday to Friday – No Weekends!
Training in Mechanical, and Electric Vehicles!
Lots of Development and Experience!

A brilliant opportunity for an improver technician who has recently completed their apprenticeship and is ready to build real hands-on experience.
Offering a starting salary from £26,000-£29,000, this role is Monday to Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm and Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekends.
You’ll gain practical experience in mechanical diagnostics and repairs, and the chance to work with hybrid and EV technology alongside an experienced and supportive team.
With the workshop busier than ever and preparing to move into larger, modern premises, it’s a fantastic time to join.
Responsibilities
Assisting with servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks
Supporting diagnostics and fault-finding under guidance
Developing confidence and independence on a variety of repair jobs
Learning about hybrid and EV systems
Maintaining high workshop standards and attention to detail
Qualifications
Recently completed apprenticeship (Level 2/3) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Eager to develop technical skills and grow into a confident technician
Positive, hands-on attitude with good teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
Salary from £26,000+
Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
