We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Support to join our dynamic team in the contract catering industry. Within this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the financial and back of house administration of our catering and client services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Job Description

This is a multifaceted role providing operational support for a group contract and our ideal candidate will have experience in B&I catering & hospitality with emphasis also on having an analytical mindset, as well as a keen eye for detail.

  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reviews
  • Cost Of Sales and Sales Mix analysis
  • Bespoke Retail & Hospitality Sales reporting monthly
  • Location audits
  • EPOS maintenance, including tariff, menu and app development
  • Direct client requests
  • Operation support


Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly through all mediums and be able to engage with other people to efficiently build rapport.
It is essential for applicants to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Essential:

  • Strong Excel and Power Bi skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understanding of EPOS systems

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
