Summary
Delivery of highly effective medical care to the local population utilising face to face consultation with the ability to undertake video and telephone where appropriate The provision of services in-line with the GMS contract and the local ICB initiatives Prescribing adhering to local and national guidance Management of long-term conditions Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated administrative tasks Undertake duty doctor roles on an agreed basis Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance Working collaboratively participating practice workload Adhere to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process Follow practice protocols and policies at all times
