Valuation Surveyor - Interims
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Valuation Surveyor - Interims to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to leverage their expertise in valuation to support a variety of projects across multiple sectors. As a Valuation Surveyor in an interim capacity, you will be responsible for conducting detailed market analyses and property valuations, assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding their assets. Your knowledge of valuation methodologies and local real estate markets will play a critical role in delivering high-quality reports that meet our clients’ specifications. This position requires not only technical skills but also strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as you will be liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members regularly. You will have the flexibility to work on various assignments and will be integral in driving the success of our valuation services throughout the duration of your contract. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough property valuations for a diverse range of assets including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients outlining methodology, findings, and recommendations.
Conduct market research to inform valuations and identify trends in property values and market activity.
Collaborate with other surveyors and consultants to ensure comprehensive service delivery to clients.
Represent the firm in client meetings, providing expert valuation advice and addressing any queries or concerns.
Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and market developments to inform valuation practices.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members, promoting best practices in valuation techniques.
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications such as MRICS are preferred.
Proven experience as a Valuation Surveyor with a strong portfolio of completed valuations.
In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and property market trends.
Competent in using valuation software and tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and teamwork.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £47.30
