Summary
The Practice Nurse will work as part of the clinical team to deliver high quality, evidence-based nursing care to the registered practice population. The post holder will provide a full range of treatment room and chronic disease management services, supporting patients to maintain and improve their health and wellbeing. This is a 12-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.
