Summary

Time & Attendance Administrator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5PZ
Hours of Work: 40
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract | 6 Months

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Time & Attendance Administrator to join our busy and supportive admin team.
Based on a fantastic site, this role is critical in ensuring our Placemakers are paid accurately and on time by managing the capture and maintenance of all time and attendance records.

Job Description
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries, update records and support wider administrative processes.
Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process Placemakers’ overtime, absence, pay rates and timesheets
Provide query support and timely responses to Placemakers and managers
Ensure anomalies are resolved before payroll deadlines
Maintain and update trackers, forms, notes and reports accurately
Analyse and interpret time & attendance data to identify trends and issues
Prepare and distribute daily reports and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate designated regional activities and communications effectively


Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

Previous experience in administration and/or customer service within a similar environment
Proven ability to work to customer and business KPIs/SLAs in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and confident with other MS Office applications
Strong communication skills with effective call handling and a professional approach
Skilled in analysing, reporting and presenting data to clients and colleagues
Highly organised, able to prioritise, multi-task and meet strict deadlines under pressure
Team-oriented, approachable and solutions-focused, supporting collaboration and continuous improvement
