Summary
Sapphire-Minton Nursery is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative Early Years Practitioners Level 2 or 3 to join our friendly team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality childcare and early years education for children aged 0–5 years.
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities that stimulate learning and development.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, or current enrolment in a relevant childcare course.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A clear understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety responsibilities.

Requirements
• Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years
