Service Advisor
Basic up to £30k, OTE of £35,000!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transferable skills from sales, admin, or a technical background to step into a Service Advisor role with a respected main dealer.
Offering a £29,000–£30,000 basic salary plus monthly bonuses (with an additional upselling bonus scheme due to launch soon), this role provides long-term earning potential, full manufacturer training, and clear career progression.
Working within a supportive team of a Service Manager, two FOH Advisors, and five skilled Technicians, you’ll be joining a professional yet friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service throughout their visit
Managing service bookings, liaising with the workshop, and keeping customers updated on progress
Promoting service plans and upsell opportunities identified during health checks
Ensuring accurate administration of job cards, invoices, and warranty claims
Supporting the Service Manager and workshop team with smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a main dealer is preferred but not essential
Transferable skills from sales, admin, or a technical role will be considered
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to learning, with a willingness to complete manufacturer training
Benefits:
Salary: £29,000–£30,000 basic
Bonus: £300–£500 average per month (with new upselling scheme coming soon)
Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, plus 1-in-2 Saturdays 8am–1pm
Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
