Summary
Mobile SMART Repairer/Prepper required for our Client’s busy Accident Repair Business located UK Wide.
Working as a SMART Repairer/Prepper for our Client you can expect a salary of £33150 basic with an OTE of circa £37000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday Working Hours.

Duties:
- Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Polishing vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish
- Performing SMART repairs on minor bodywork damage, such as scratches, dents, and scuffs
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Collaborating with the workshop team to meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Prepper, Polisher, or SMART Repairer in a busy bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Recognised qualifications in vehicle preparation, polishing, or SMART repairs are advantageous but not essential – full training can be provided
- A team player with excellent communication skills
