Summary
Kilnbridge is hiring Shuttering Carpenters to join our team working on a long-term infrastructure project in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.
Shuttering / Formwork Carpenter – Reading project
Location: Reading area
Duration: Minimum 2 months
Contract: Self employed
Pay rate: £25
Hours: 50 hours per week paid
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Construct and install formwork and shuttering
Interpret and work from technical drawings
Ensure high-quality workmanship on all carpentry tasks
Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping materials to meet the specific requirements of the formwork design
Comply with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC)
Must be able to provide proof of address
5 year address history
5 year work history
Proven formwork carpentry experience
Blue Skilled Worker CSCS card
Own tools
IPAF / Harness training (Preferred)
