Summary

Supported Living Manager - Learning Disabilities

Bridlington

Salary 42k – 45k+car allowance + increase with CQC Registration

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for our Supported Living services in Bridlington.

These services support adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

The role will initially be service development focussed for the first 12 months, to lead on, and support with the opening of new services/sites within the region forming part of an overall group expansion plan.

You will have experience of registering/opening new services and preparing accommodation ready to welcome new clients.

Once the expansion and new developments are complete, you will then move into the role of CQC Registered Manager for all the Supported Living Services in the Bridlington region.

This is a role where you can really show off your skills and experience in team leadership and management You will be given lots of autonomy to lead and manage your team effectively, and grow and develop services in your region.

Successful candidates will have the following:

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
Proven experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Strong leadership and people management skills and experience
Excellent relationship building skills with strong CQC knowledge
Drive and desire to be the best at what you do
